italian parmanant resident holder wants to work in france

I am pakistani national having a Italian parmanant resident permit holder of duration 5 years(carta di soggiorno) . i listen that a carta di soggiorno holder can work leggelly in any EEA country. but i dont know if i go to work in France what i have to need to start the work leggelly. pls help me. tausiq from italy
