ILR Success at Croydon on 08/04

Post by amreenmalik » Sat Apr 10, 2010 2:20 am

Thankyou for this forum and everybody's valuable suggestions and comments.

I have got my ILR including 2 dependants(wife + child) on 08/04. I applied under 5 year WP category through my company solicitor. It was 1 day process. The documents submitted were
* Our passports
* 3 months payslips and bank statements
* Life in the UK test certificates
* Childs birth certificate
* Marriage certificate to clarify the surname change of my wife.

I gave my last 3 months payslips and only one P60 for the year 2008 to 2009 because I did not have any other P60 with me. I did give letter from my employer as well. I doubt that my solicitor submitted my P60. But definitely the letter from employer and payslips.
