Hi All,

Which rate I use to convert my salary's currency ?

I have 12 payslips, should I convert them into GBP at the end of the 12 months or do it month-by-month ?

An example: I have payslips from 1-April-09 till 30-March-10, should I use the rate of 30-March-10 to convert the currency ?
