I am having HSMP (tier1 General Migrant) which i applied while I was in UK , valid till Jan 24 2012. I moved from UK to indian in July 2009 till than I am in india working with a MNC.
Now my current company wants me to send to UK for six months work assignment on company workpermit however i am already holding a valid workpermit(HSMP) .

Can you please clear my doubts as mentioned below

If my current company will file a new WP for 6-8 months will my previous HSMP will get cancel?
