hi
my friend recently get married to a pakistani man in cyprus in her holidays to cyprus now she wants to bring him to uk to live together the question is can the pakistani man apply for spouce visa from cyprus? or if yes how long it will take till desicion? the pakistani man is on work permit visa in cyprus
any idea
plz let me know if im saying anything incorrect

Which Cyprus, Northern Cyprus or Cyprus?

How long has she been in Cyprus, and has this just been for a holiday?

Yes but Cyprus is in the EU, and Northern Cyprus is not. There may be more than one route available depending on their circumstances.

they both chatting on internet from last two months and now the british girl went to EU cyprus to marry him on one week holidays can he apply for spouce visa from EU cyprus as he ison work permit in cyprus
