British Citizenship for Baby Born in India

Post by mallikz » Fri Apr 16, 2010 9:54 am

Sorry if I'm asking the same question,

baby born in India (both parents are British), what are the chances that the baby gets British Citizenship directly or what is the procedure?

many thanks

If either parents were British otherwise than by descent at the time of baby's birth, then baby is British.
