Part Time Work earning Claim

Hi,

I want to know who can we claim points of earning from part time work. Specially when the work is done by getting it from internet and done as freelance work.

One major proof can be bank/remittance statement. Can the other proof be the invoices from the person who has given work?

What are the acceptable evidences for this purpose.
