Tier 1 Extension Qualification Points

Hi all,

Very stupid question but wanna make sure.

Question related to Tier-1 General migrant extension points for qualification. If I have claimed 30 points for Bachelors Degree in initial application. Can I still claim the same points for Bachelors degree in extension or does these points get effected with any changes made in last three years or in other words if someone got the visa in initial application with Bachelors degree than it is obvious that the degree is still acceptable by UK NARIC. Secondly I haven't submitted any equivalent of UK-NARIC and I can still be safely assume to not submit any equivalent.

Please advice.

Yes u can claim 30 for bachelors if you claimed in ur intial application.

Can anyone please let me know how early we can apply for HSMP Tier1 extension
Should it be mandatorily 1 month before the current visa expirty or can apply 3 months before a well ?

Im trying to take premium appointment and i hear that they get over very quickly.

Please let me know

There are members in this forum who has applied 3 months earlier and got their extension.
