visa approval

okie so i sent everything off last thurs to canberra and i got an email on monday just gone saying my visa has started processing, then today (friday) i get a slip in the mail letting me know i missed the courier so i have to pick up my package back off them on monday. its only been 4 days, i dont have an email to tell me my visa was approved, but im pretty sure i have my passport back... do you think it would have been denied in that short a time?
