Tier 1 Dependant Questions

Hi,

I have few questions related to Tier 1 Dependant VISA application.

My situation
I came to UK for the first time with 1 years 3 months left for Tier1 visa expiry. I got a job now. My wife is still in India. I would like to bring her after 6-7 months due to some personal reasons. So, I have few questions.

1. Can I apply for dependant visa within 12 months of Tier 1 VISA expiry?
2. I have necessary maintenance funds in my Indian bank account. But since I would have been working in UK for six months when I apply for my wife's dependant VISA, do I need to use my UK bank account for showing maintenance funds or can I show maintenance funds from my Indian bank account?

2. Maintenance funds can be in uk or any bank outside uk... no problem
