Please give me your suggestions to me.

For tier 1 visa I am providing 11 months pay slips and for one month employer letter as shown below:

To whomsoever it may concern

This is to certify that Mr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX
is employed with xxxxx India Limited
since April 2008 to November 2009.

Emp Code : XXXXX Emp Name : XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX
gender : M PAN : XXXXXXX
Date of Joining : 14-Apr-2008

His Earnings for the period November 1st 2009 – November 23rd 2009.
Gross: Rs XXXXXX/-
Net: Rs XXXXXXX/-
Net Salary Credited to CITI BANK A/C No: xxxxxxxxxx Rs. xxxxxx on 04 Feb10

Is this letter okay or not instead of one month pay slip? Need to add any details to this letter? Please give me your valuable suggestion.

Yeah!!You can do it.
However, beaware!!!.. Our Dumbo ECOs may not consider all your payslips and consider only your emp letter for month Nov and may reject the file.(I guess, this has hapened to some one out here, I am not able to search the thread though!!).
So, I believe, you either give complete Emp letter for the full earning period Or payslips for all the months.

I agree!! The case worker might overlook the payslips. Better do as dima suggested. Skip all the payslips and go with the employer letter for whole of the earnings.
