Guyz im marine engineer work on board ship im getting us dollars which is credited to my bank in india im not working in united states or any other country we just touch ports of different countries can i use uplift of 5.3?

my salary credited to indian bank from singapore office and im regularly filing tax to indian govt.

great question! I was wondering the same thing. I got offered a job on a cruise ship, but not sure if i qualify for the uplift ratio. either. I think the company is based in America and people who work on cruise ships dont pay tax.
