Am I still considered Int. student after Tier 1 (general) ?

I hope this is the right place to get an answer, if not, please advise whom can answer my question:

In terms of paying Masters degree fees, Will I still considered international student even after getting my Tier 1 (general) visa ?

Note that international student pays more than 3 times the fees a UK/EU student pay.

Having tier 1 visa doesnt qualify one for home fees. You will have to pay international fee.
