We included my father's mortgage statement, letter from him stating that my brother and his wife can stay there rent free and property inspection report showing that it is 4 Bed house and won't be overcrowded. Was this enough or did we miss something? What evidence you have supplied for accommodation?
Does your brother wife is educated? does she has any English Course or job experience?

Not being disrespectful to you UK_Banned_Member,( or Nicky or the different names that you have been using) who and where does it say you have to have the NIC card translated into English.I certainly am not aware of this. When was this introduced?.nicky1234 wrote:zmk2 wrote:Hi guys, Do we have to translate the NADRA NIC CARD. Need information on this as the NIC card is in Urdu.
Yes you have to translate NIC card.Go to Kachary(session court) and you can get translation with a little fee.Get attested from Nortary public.
Similarly Nika nama needs to be translated.
Nicky
I have got it done for £5 per documentbatleykhan wrote:They charge about £10 to do the whole passport. Make sure you do everypage.zmk2 wrote:Its a joke man solicitors charge £5 per page to attest the Passport.
Any one now where i can get it done in Bradford
Do you live in Bradford ZMK, thats funny I work there as well but dont live there
Take it from me Nicky a translation of the NIC card is not required. If you wish to do it as a goodwill gesture you can do so,BUT IT IS NOT AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.nicky1234 wrote:You don't know this little thing.batleykhan wrote:who and where does it say you have to have the NIC card translated into English.I certainly am not aware of this. Maybe you can elaborate on this. If you cant then please dont give out information that is incorrect
Where are you getting your information from. Do you know what you are doing?. I think you have to be careful about the advice you give.
Just make a call to fedex or send them an email they would confirm you.
Here is from Fedex website.

If you want the UK Border Agency visa officer to consider your visa application you should provide translations of any supporting documents that are not in English. Any translated documents need to be submitted with the original document for verification. All translated documents must include the following information: -
• confirmation from the translator that it is an accurate translation of the original document
• the date of the translation
• the translator's full name and signature
• the translator's contact details
Also this is common sense that anything which is not in English needs to be translated in English.
Even there are template to translate NIC card to English.
I got one translated when I did my spouse application last year.

I agree the Nikkha namma has to be translated into English and done in the way you mentioned, but not the NIC card.
Something must be wrong with your phone. If you were banned you would not be able to access it from your laptop as well. Furthermore your name would have had the word BANNED next to it.Every time i try to acces the forum from my phone it keeps telling me i am banned from the forum!! Even if i just want to view and havent logged on!
This isnt the case as i can log on from the laptop!
Never had this problem before and i have been using the phone to keep an eye on the forum for a few months!
