Hi all,
Does it count as income/ profit?
On my tomb there will be...''I DIDN'T FORWARD THE TEXT TO 15 PEOPLE''

Hi arsenal,
what if it is not my profession but it's my property and it's my investment/earning power of a great value and if I get profit by selling it then how does it matter whether it's a registered business or not!
I am currently in UK and would like to apply from my home country.I would get 45 points straightaway if I sell one of my real estate's which is on my name.
Regards.

Let me know if you get Tier 1.

I was planning to call my father on Visitor visa ... but may be after your success i would rather do his Tier 1 (since he sold one of his flat in profit) ... :D
