earnings and maintenace fund are in the same bank account

Hi Gurus,

Please give me your suggestions.

My earnings and maintenace fund are in the same bank account:

Earnings proof:
salary slips + bank statement for 12 months period.

Maintenance proof:
Letter from bank for funds maintenance + 3 months bank statement.

For me these 3 months is also coming under those 12 months.

In that case I have to take the separate printout for 12 months and 3 months...
Is it correct?

No separate print needed.

In my point of view.. no need to take separate bank statement.
You can clearly mention in your cover letter that .. you are maintained so and so amount in your same salary account for the funds maintance.
You can futher state that ..you have provided bank letter for the same.

I submitted only one copy of my statement for the both the purposes.

Just mention in the cover letter.
