Review Process

Post by sjgul » Mon Feb 20, 2006 2:27 pm

Dear Friends,

Anyone gone through the review process please let me know whether the review application can be made by mail, by fax or should it be sent by Courier.

Also, do we need to send the documents/complete file sent in the original request or only the explanation letter pertaining to the section against whom points are not awarded.

Any feedback on the time lines taken by the HSMP Team for the review process?

Regds,
sjgul.

You can send your review by email and fax. At least send it thru two means and send another mail or call to confirm receipt.

No U dont have to send ur documents with the review. Just state clearly in your review why U think they are wrong and if possible quote relevant sections of the guidance notes to back up ur claims.

All the very best.
