Get your UTR(Unique tax reference) number quickly. Why did not you apply on phone? I got UTR in 5 weeks. Most important is pay your tax as advised by ACCA accountant and attach receipt with HMRC reference number before you put up your application.

All invoices with contact details, bank statements, Invoice transaction summaries by accountant and his letter showing profit loss is must to prove self employment income. All the best!
