funds maintenance

hi,
I am planning for tier1 general visa in month of may 2010.
I am maintaing funds 2800 GBP since last 3 months.
I have 3 dependants and i am not maintaining any funds for them.
Concern 1: If I am going alone to UK whether is it mandatory for my maintain funds for them.
Concern 2: If I want to bring my dependants to UK after the 3 months of my reach in UK.

please suggest your openions.
