no. i take it that one is only entitled to it as they earn an income / or is only available to someone who is liable to pay tax. tax credits are there for all paye. this aint something from dept of social welfare but from revenue. you dont get hassle for taking child benefit so why shpuld you with this?

Medical expenses taxes are only for the people who pay their tax. It is a kind of medical insurance. This will help us in times of emergency.
