For the moment, if we put your P60 and Work permit aside, what does your Salary slip in the UK and your Bank statements show?gamehunter707 wrote:Dear Forum, I work for an Indian IT company and I get a net income of GBP 2985 every month. If I extrapolate this to gross using salary calculator, the gross becomes GBP 50,000 per annum, which gives me enough points to quality for Tier 1 Visa.
However, being an Indian IT company and because of their intra company transfer approach, the P60 shows gross as GBP 32,803 and the work permit shows salary as GBP 35,820. I cannot qualify for tier one with this salary. Hence the following question- Would the home office consider my gross as GBP 50,000 and award the points I need, if I submit my last 12 months payslips each having GBP 2985, which technically in UK terms means an employees salary is GBP 50, 000.
Appreciate any guidance on this. Thanks.
