Any Idea Please Dealy almost 2years!!

hi all.
i received a letter last year 25/06/2008 from UKBA and was asking me for sending them 4 passport size photo by 10 working days so did sent t back straight away since then i have call them on this number 0870 606 7766 but all can get every time call just been told to wait!!! Posted Image
i have contact my MP and he sent them a letter but the answr was just the same as what they have been telling me whichs just have to wait Posted Image

is there any help please?

yes he WAS asking!! but he already new the answer the way he asked the question. i have posted this a few times cos ive been waiting for CRD contact or decision since the first one time i posted this!!! thats the only reason i have multipled this!!!
