Hey Buddy.....

Need some serious help.
I am stuck in filling up the form of pbsappendix1.
Stuck in Qualification Assessment question no 3.1
Please check and verify the details if i am filling it correct.

Country Of Award : India
State Province : Maharashtra
Institution : University of Mumbai
Year of Award : 2005
Duration of Study :
From : DD MM YYYY :
15-06-2004
To : DD MM YYYY :
15-03-2005
Is this correct ?
I am a B.Com Graduate 10+2+3=15 Years
Should i write here only the degree which i have gained.....or everything from school.
If not then should i mention 1 Year for my last degree year or mention 3 years of degree college ??
Please help me out here..........

3.2 Indicate your method of postgraduate degree verification Put a cross (x) in the relevant box
* Qualification on the points based calculator
* Qualification not on the points based calculator but a UK
NARIC letter and/or certificate is enclosed
* Qualification not on the points based calculator, but a letter
stating the UK academic equivalence from the relevant UK
professional body is enclosed.
What should i mention here.....? I have not done any post graduation degree......Or this question is only related to the degree which i have earned ?

Previous Earnings question no 4.6
* Source of Earnings(include details of employer; Name of Business etc andstart and end dates for this source of earning) : MY Company
* Country of Earnings : India
* Currency in which Earnings were paid : INR
* Earnings Claimed (in original currency) : 6,00,000 (Some Figure)
* Exchange Rate Applied : 68.5 (Current Exchange Rate)
* Earnings in pounds sterling : 6,00,000/68.5 = 8759.124 Pounds
** Should i write it like the above or 8759.124 Pounds * 5.3 = 46423 Pounds
* Evidence of earnings provided : Pay Slips and Bank Statements

Congrats Dude :D

Did you apply on your own? If so, Would you be so kind to please help me out with details of self application process or guide me to a related topic here or otherwise?

Also, you mentioned that u have given both bank statement and pass book as evidence. Were they for the same amount or different ones that added upto the required balance? I have some balance in ICICI and some money as PPF fund in SBI; can I use both of them to show a cumulative balance statement.

Awaiting your kind help. Thanking you in advance.

yes i applied on my own, this forum will make you capable enough to apply on your own, you can ask your queries to me and for that matter to any member of this forum. go ahead :)
Also, you mentioned that u have given both bank statement and pass book as evidence. Were they for the same amount or different ones that added upto the required balance? I have some balance in ICICI and some money as PPF fund in SBI; can I use both of them to show a cumulative balance statement.

i used two different, one for income and other for sufficient maintenance balance, you can show two or more sources as far as i know but i m really doubtful for PPF.... you can make it with ppf but you will have to research a lot about how you gonna prove it.
Ask other members who might have used ppf earlier
Hoping great for you :)
All The best !!!!

PPF is not considered as its a fixed asset. Gets liquidated only after 6 years

Congrats buddy!
just to double check - was it fine without any reference letter from Company, I am struggling to get one!
also is it fine without any additional English proficiency document (when PB calculator awards 10 points)

I have Tier1 visa appointment in London next week so would really appreciate your advice

Many Thanks!
Ashwin

Hi,

Please advise if you have submitted bank statements for Earnings and Maintenance seperately or Bank statements of Previous earnings will be sufficient.

Look i had my past earnings in 1 account and maintenance in other, so i had to show two different bank statements,, but if you have both in just one account , One shall be good enough , but it should clearly depict all your salary transactions and it should prove that you have more than required amount in your account for more-than 3 months.

What mudit malhotra said is correct.
I put a letter from Bank as well as statements. In the statement I missed 3 days and hence they rejected saying I dont have Sufficient funds.
They did not even consider the Letter from Bank
Their goal is some how not to issue the visa....
