Salary Slips in Company Letter Head

Post by irshad2005 » Wed Apr 28, 2010 3:06 pm

Hey Guys,

Should i give Salary Slips on Company Letter Head ?
My company salary slips are electronic generated.
So if i gives then i have to stamp and get it signed.
I did that but i am not sure it will work.
They give all the info and they are Stamped by my company stamp and signed on that.
I am still not satisfied with the salary slips....I asked them to give me on Company Letter Head and they agreed to give me on that.
Should i take my Salary Slips on Company Letter Head...
Will that help me ?
Also the issue is that i am working in XXX Company.
Company has internal multiple company names for saving their tax.
According to the company i am working on YYY Company which is a XXX sub group.
I will mention in my Cover Letter for Earning that Company YYY which i work is a Sub Group of Company XXX.
Also in my Letter Head it mentioned Company XXX LOGO but below it is mentioned in address and registration as Company YYY
This should not create any problem right ?
With my salary slips i will also provide bank statements.
So is everything fine for me guys ?

Hoping for a quick reply.

Hi Irshad,

I had a similar situation.

I was hired by xxx which was a sub group of yyy. They showed everything as yyy. Even in bank statements it use to come as yyy.

Well, your approach is correct. Get it on company letter head and then get it seal and signed as well. Then mention everything clearly in your cover letter.
I also got a letter from emplyer for my eranings on there letter head. Try if that is possible in your company.

I guess you wiill be fine.

All the best!

Hi Brothers ,

I was in the same situation and after allot of search and advice from good people i have done the following and really hope it will work for others ... My earnings are transferred from ABC company and i was employed for XYZ company .. ABC was the division of XYZ company..

1) Get an official letter from your current employer and ask / request them to explain this situation in the letter . Well! it will be difficult but you have to make them write this as you are responsible for all the documents in TIER1 ..

2) Your pay slip or your bank statement has to reflect this in a clear manner .

3) Provide your HR full contact details so that they can call and verify ..

4) Write a nice cover letter and explain the whole fact from your end .

I think it will be ok! and have no problem to EC officer ... Remember you are providing them the proof and every thing " should be linked logically to each other "

Thanks
Ali
