Need help in filling pbs dependant form -J2

Hi,

I need help in answering question J2 which says :Has the main applicant received notification that hteur application for leave to remain under points based system has been successful? Should that be yes or no?

My situation:

Im on tier-2 (ICT) which is valid till Feb-2011 and my dependant has the same leave to remain.We r now switching to tier-1 peo and applying at same time for that.Since tier-2 was also points based..im confused if i have to say yes or no for the above question.Please help me asap...!!
