Maintenance Fund - Letter Format - Is this okay?

Post by keepsmilinyaar » Sat May 01, 2010 2:19 pm

Hi,

Could any one confirm if the following format is okay. I actually already have this printed out, but because the grammar and format is unlike the conventional letters< i was hoping if any of you find any risks with it.

Note the period is more than 3 months.

---------------------------

This is to certify that per our records, Account No. XXXXX had a credit balance of INR XXXXX as of close of business hours on 27th April 2010.

Also the minimum balance of the above mentioned account no XXXXX has been Rs XXXXXX for a perdio of (01st Jan 2010 till 29th April 2010) and the same is equivalent to GBP XXXXX at a conversion rate of Rs 67.92 approx only as 29-04-2010.

The above mentioned balance is the savings account as on 29th April 2010 is equivalent to GBP XXXXX at the rate of Rs 67.92 only as on 29-04-2010.

----------------------------

Thanks for the help..

Regards
Rahul

P60 Query

Post by shobitha » Sun May 02, 2010 7:52 am

Hi,

In my case, the claim period is 01-March-2009 to 28-Feb-2010.

I am planning to submit Payslips and Bank statement as proof. In addition to this P60 form as well.
Since 2009 March month falls within 2008-2009 financial year, I have a separate P60 form for 2008-2009 year. And separete P60 form 2009-2010 financial year.

So i am going to submit 2 P60 forms, Will this confuse the Caseworker? please advice..

Regards,
Shobitha

Hi Aditya,

1) Did you got the letter from Uni of Mumbai stating that your education was in english. I tried for the same and they denied stating that they dont give such letters.

2) How about Fund maintenance letter. Did you for the same?

Please advice.
