After Tier 1 General

Once i have received Tier 1 General visa. So i'll move to UK after 1 month but i want to utilize this one month for job search. So is there any way i can get a UK number and then divert the calls from that number to my indian mobile number so that i can get the calls on that number and give interviews. I heard that using skype we can do that but wasn't able to find out anything specific.
Can anyone help me on this. I have the address on which i'll be living so i'll put that address in my resume. I have the problem of phone number.

Smart move. Thats what I have exactly planned for myself as well.
Will ask my friend in Uk to divert the calls to India no. and as things turn positive will take the next flight to UK.

Giving it a shot. Lets see how it turns up.
