Tier 1 Salary calculation

Hi Friends,

In April'10, I worked for 20 days in UK and rest 10 days from India. At the end of the month I got

1. 20 days UK allowances = A INR (after converting allowances in GBP to INR)
2. 20 days indian salary when I was in UK = B INR
3. last 10 days salary when I was in India = C INR

My question is, can I use multipler 5.3 in the total April'10 salary earned in INR.

e.g. Can I assume my April'10 salary = { ( A + B + C ) * 5.3 } / (Exchange Rate) GBP for Tier 1 application.

My payslip shows the total gross salary earned in the month of April'10 as ( A + B + C ) INR.

Appreciate your guidance on this.
