Tier 1 dependant visa query

Post by ahtesham4all » Mon May 03, 2010 5:34 pm

Hello senior advisor,

I am on tier 1 visa and i am applying for dependant visa for my wife in india.
I have all the payslips till end of december 2009 but i dont have any payslips fro january 2010 till now as i was in india for 3 months on unpaid leave. I have recently joined with the same company where i was working earlier. At this situation kindly suggest me that what documents you need to prove that i am working at the moment.

A letter from employer confirming employment and salary.

It would help if the employer can mention that you were on (unpaid) leave during the said months. This way you will be able to provide salary slips of earlier months as evidence of income to support your spouse's EC application.
