Maintenance Proof

Hi,

Bank (SBI) has given the maintenance proof in the white sheet paper with the manager sign & seal and their logo & content of the letter is printed in the white sheet. When I asked this in the bank letter head, the manager told that they dont have any letterhead. Please let me know if this is fine to show the maintenance proof or is it must to have the letter in the bank letterhead?

BTW I have SBI savings account passbook.

Well to be on the same side provide your passbook as well as letter from the bank.
Dont they issue bank statements?

Yes, I will submit my passbook, maintenance letter on the white sheet and account statements on the white sheet with the bank seal & sign.

Experts,

Can anyone reply me, will it be ok if i submit the maintenance proof letter & bank account statements in plain white sheet paper with bank seal & sign as bank doesnt have their own letterhead (very sad...)?

I will be attaching my savings account passbook along with the above documents.

As I have got the appointment on 7th May, please can anyone reply ASAP.

ok yea i faced same scene !!

they dont have letter head - i got certificate on white paper got it stamped and signed. also i provided a bank statement - cost rs 110/- ( worth it )
surprisingly statement also on white paper stamped and signed.
then i submitted my BANK PASSBOOK !! original and highlighted my balance in it. n yea i gt thru

so be sure to give your passbook, dont miss it !!

plain paper is not that strong u c ,,
