not getting appointment, please help.

From past two days i am trying to get an appointment to apply for dependent visa. i have mailing to the south zone since i intend to apply from VFS cochin. But i am not getting any reply for my mails.Last time to apply for me immediately at the end of the day i sent the mail, i got the reply.

any problem?can anyone help in this?

Same issue. I have sent 2 mails till now and have not received reply to any of them. I going there tomorrow to check on the status.
