Hello everyone,
thanks for taking your time to read my post.
am on a student visa which I submitted in june 2009 for extension and its still pending with the home office.I would be getting married to my lovely fiance who is a british citizen and we have a 2 months old daughter together.
my question is: can I switch/apply for FLR M while my student visa application is still pending?any replies/advice would be appreciated.
