About Address on Payslips

i have 12 months payslips but first 6 months payslips on my old home address after that i changed my house and the rest of on my new home address is it ok..

As long as you have your name on the payslip and correct details (NI number etc) address should not matter.
Make sure that your net salary in the payslip reflects on your bank statement.

and my second question my comp send me the computerize payslips is it ok or i need to attesd to the payroll dept

You need to get it stamped and signed.
Also I would recommend to get a letter from your HR confirming your gross and net salary on company letterhead. Just avoid chances of rejection.
