if someone not be able to leave country within 28 days and leave country aftera little delay voluntraliy how it affect his immigration status

is it deportation?
wht negative affect of it

help appreciated

well, if you leave within 28 days, then this will not count against you(for future applications) BUT if you delay your departure, who knows what will happen to you. although forced departure is still long way off . if they catch you, they might ask you to pack your stuff or will be told that you are being removed etc etc.

Also, they will stamp on your passport saying that you overstayed etc etc if they spot it at the airport.

in brief, its not a good idea to NOT leave uk within 28 days.


reading your other post, you better call HO and clarify the matter. ask why you havent been given the right to appeal and once you are sure that they wont budge at all, ask them for a written letter asking you to formally leave the country. this should allow you to live here a bit more than 28 days. hope you catch my drift.

there is a difference between deportation and removal right is it possible for you to explain the difference please

Deportation and removal is the basically the same thing.. Coming back to your question, without a formal written letter from the home office (which gives you the right), staying in the UK for more than 28 days has been known to result in a ban of 1 year ( or more in some cases ) for any further applications that u make.. This is not a steadfast rule and the ban is optional..
