FLR (M) VISA Takes 15 weeks is this normal??

Hi,

i have still not had any luck with sorted my flr (m) visa out 15 weeks is this normal for HO?? i keep getting the same reply that we need to wait and wait

still waiting for biometrics letter what else can i do to speed things up, im egyptian man my wife in british and we really just want to sort the visa out as its stressing us both out

Any advice really welcome
