Tier 1 Uk .. Help Please .. proof or earnings -CASH??

Hi

I want to apply for Tier 1 and at present I am in UK as dependent.
My previous earning in India and presne tearnign is UK do total up to make me eligible for the Tier 1 points. BUT a significant chunk of my earnings in India were in CASH. Simply becasue of the nature of work

Can anyone help what kind of proof I need to submit for this case.

1)tax statement
2)letter from the employer stating i was paid x amount in cash.
