anybody got tier1 visa who had PSW from CCL previously? plz

hi i have PSW from CCL and i am planning to apply for HSMP...tier1 general.... but i am not sure whether they will refuse my application due to CCl or not... i will apply on the basis of my MBA degree which i was granted in Pakistan.
any body who applied or got visa with same situation plz help....
will they see my MBA degree only or will they check my CCl record as well?

First of all they will check your immigration history and it will obviously come up in initial checks that you applied for PSW while at CCL.
I would recommend going through a solicator or consultant as it could be an issue at some stage.
