Can you please help as I am looking to apply for a Tier 1 general from USA. I am on a project to USA and holds a Indian passport.

Can I apply for a UK tier 1 general visa from america
I have a indian degree. Do I need to certified that from UK NARIC
Do I have to to ILETS, my degree was taught in English

Hi,
Yes u can apply from the U.S provided you have a legal visa status to be in the U.S and have been so for a minimum period of at least 6 months. The self assessment point calculator would determine if ur degree/ university is listed in their database and if so, u dont need a letter from U.K NARIC.
