While Tier1 G in process, my company can sponsor for Tier 2 (ICT) visa?

I had applied for Tier1 G in 23rd April 10 on my own..

Now, I have the one opportunity to go to UK, meanwhile I can apply for Tier2 thru company and it would take some time to get work permit ref. no., after this If I get Tier 1 G Visa stamped…cool!! I will not go for Tier 2 Visa stamping otherwise I will get it stamped Tier 2(ICT) visa.

Just make sure that your employer doesn't get annoyed if you don't get your Tier 2 visa stamped after he has spent money on arranging a CoS for you.
