sponsor letter query

Post by ep » Fri May 14, 2010 2:57 pm

my situation:

I went for interview and got the post. Employer applied for Tier 2 sponsorship letter without formal approval from me. Later on, I did not accept the post due to salary dispute. By that time, Home office issued the sponsorship letter for the post. This letter is valid till mid july.

I have now been offered another post and want my would be employer to apply for sponsorship for me.

My query:

Can there be any problem for my would be employer to get sponsorship letter for me when I was already issued a sponsorship letter from another employer.
Secondly, Should I envisage any problem getting my Tier 2 approved for my would be employer in view of previously issued sponsorship letter (which I did not use).

Regards
EP

NO it will not cause any problem for you even if your employer already obtained COS(Certificate of Sponsership )
