Excellent, I am pleased for your success.

The Registration Certificate is a document confirming your right of Residence for more than 3 months in the UK. It is usually issued to people who are exercising treaty rights. I am not sure whether the Judges rule that you be issued with a registration certificate or prohibit the HO from removing you.

The UKBA are supposed to comply with the courts ruling, and they also have the right to appeal against it should they see it fit.

Fingers cross they might not resort to that.

Stay patient and calm, and see how events of the next few weeks unfolds.

Hi obie,

Thus that meant Home Office can refuse judges decide or no.

Thanks

Home Office cannot refuse Judges decision but they have been known to use delaying tactics

Sorry..... to say... a Guy who cannot write english properly.. coming to UK with no work and with two children... and a wife and having another child in UK... and claiming all possible benefits... That shows that he came here just for the benefits...

I wish he be shown the door... as its we the tax payers who are loosing out.

I think some cluebatting is in order, the benefits systems available to EU citizens are in an order of magnitude better in Northern Europe than here.
