VAF10 Dependant Form Query

If I am applying along with family from Inida, and I do not have job offer yet.. what should I write in in section 7.13 till 7.19 ? Should I leave them all blank ? or need to fill anything into that ....

Specially following 2 sections need more attention:
7.18 -> When did/will the main applicant’s job or cours of study begin? If I do not have job offer yet How I can answer this question ?
7.19 When is the job or course of study expected to finish? What to write here ?

You can leave them blank and mention the reason in the part8? I think where you have the opportunity to explain n u can briefly mention in the cover letter for your satisfaction
