UKBA online booking problem-No feedback over 24 hours??

Did anyone ever use the UKBA online booking system (https://ukbabooking.homeoffice.gov.uk/ukba/index.start)?

I registered there yesterday. After that, an automatic email was sent to me saying that my logon details (including the ‘Ref. No.’ & the ‘Transaction ID’) will be passed to me within 24 hours. I will not be able to complete my booking without this information.

It has been more than 24 hours now. I was wondering why there is no feedback yet. Does anyone have the same experience? I registered there on yesterday in the afternoon (Saturday). Is it because of the timing (weekend)?

I have the same problem. The stock letter they respond with just says that if you dont get login details within 24 hours to contact them. I phoned on the number given afer 36 hours and they said "why are you phoning to ask us?" . "because it bl**dy well tells me to". Sigh................
