Tier 1 General Dependent

Hi,

Really appreciate all you guys for the work you r doing!!...

I have a question regarding Tier 1 Dependent visa.

At the moment i'm in the UK on Tier 1 general since Sep 2008 (valid until Sep 2011). I'm working full time since then. I'm getting married soon and want to apply for a Tier 1 dependent for my wife.
She is in India at the moment. So i'll be applying it from India.

I just wanted to know abt maintenance funds in my bank account.
As far as I'm aware, i need
£533 (For dependent) and £800 (myself) in my back account for the last 3 months. total £1333.00...

Is that right??..

you are right. £533 for dependant since you have stayed more than 12 months in UK

Since you already have the tier 1 visa, is it not enough to just show the £533 without showing another £800?
