Need Urgent help in Previous Earning Please !!

Hi,

I came to UK in 2004 on Student Visa,and still living & studying in UK based on Student visa.Now I am looking forward to apply for Tier 1.
I am already having MSc in Clinical Microbiology degree which I achieved 2 years ago in UK,which providing me 35 + 5 (40) for studies towards tier 1.

I have worked in India in Hospital as a Microbiologist for 4 years from 2000 to feb 2004 and was earning good salary,I am also having Business in India Surgical equipments and I get regular income from my Business while i am in UK as student.

My questions is can I able to provide my previous earnings untill 2004??? or can I eligible to provide My business earning which I am getting regularly while I am in UK???

Please help me...I really need very urgent help....

Your earnings can only be counted for a 12 month consecutive period within the previous 15 months before you apply for you VISA. Example, if you apply now, you can take any 12 consecutive months earnings from between February 2009 til now. You cannot count any earnings from before February last year.

and also i dont think u can use business income from india while u are in u.k on student visa bcoz it does not make sense.

Apply for Tier 1 (PSW), if you qualify.
