Invoice - Consultant

Hi All,

I am working as a consultnat on a contract with a company. As a proof of my earnings I have the invoices against the payments made to my bank's account.

Will these invoices serve the purpose of proof of previous earnings ?

Am I considered a self employed ?

I dont have an accountant. I have seen on ukba website, for contractors an accountant's letter is needed. I cannot produce that.

Ivoices+bank statement. Is it enough ?

U need an accountant and meet all other requirements of self employed

1 hmrc regisrtration
2 Business insurance / vat etc

u can use Business insurance / company house registration

licence to practice

Registration with tax authorities such as vat or tax man

or other form of corroborative evidence with accounts and letter from account to prove yr credential

Yeh accountant needs to sort out other requirements to fulfill all the new rules for Tier 1 visa.
