Hi everyone,

im in the uk with Residence right, working part time job cus i have a baby,
im in recipet of tax credits and some help with housing costs.

I was separated frm my husband in 2008 april due to domestic violence, after i was already married to him for about 3 years.

i am not sure where my husband is,, wheather he is still in the uk or left.
i signed my divorce petition.. still havent heared from them..

my question???
am i entitled to retain my right under the eec rule..

my solicitor is saying that it should b ok cus im workin.. although im a part time worker.. and i was sometimes on job seeking...

sometimes solicitors miss lead clients and i know u guys have a lot of knowledge from ur experience...

thank you
