Need advice fo HSMP from PSW as a business man

Hi there ,
i am currently on PSW visa and thinking to apply for HSMP guys i need your help as this form is very helpful .

i am running my own computing business from last 3 months and would like to apply for HSMP i don't know what to do . as new rule i have to show 50k is this 50k is gross income or net income ?
if i compare my earnings i am earning £ 50400 per year.

guys i need your comments .

What do you mean when you say "you are earning". What matters is what you have earned in consecutive 12 months in the 15 month period preceding the application. Also, is this 50400 your personal income or the business income?

Expenses 2,100.00

Net profit 50,400.00

than u will be fine (Example )
