Does anyone know if the HSMP approval letter needs to submitted with the FLR form or will stating the reference number is suffice? Thanks

Its not mandatory to send it as you will not find it listed among the document checklist of your FLR. But there is no harm in sending it along with your other original documents as your evidence. You will have them all back within a week to 10 days anyways.
