You need a sponsor from a German employer, which can be a nightmare, search and ye shall find my partners trails and tribulations - and she's a fluent German speaker...

Three years isn't much tho, suggest you accrue more experience.

Well yes, teaching will be in German, to work you will need German and most of all, you need very good German to sort out Auslanderbehorde, Finanzamt etc and sort out your day-to-day existance. Are you sure you've thought this through?

Students can work 19,5 hours a week, but I doubt you'll get anywork without decent German.

Hi,
as Wanderer said it is very important to know the language and to be convictive when you go to german institutions.
If your german is not that good..practise it...better than surfing in the internet or spending time with playing.
